 <description>&lt;p&gt;...there does seem a tendency for the Tories to nick our ideas and give no credit.  I guess that&amp;#39;s politics.  But if he&amp;#39;s going to winge about when it&amp;#39;s done to him, he should not be surprised to be called up on his own plagiarism.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;To be fair on Cameron, I think his beef is over Gordon Brown nicking his proposals for a Privy Council hearing on the subject.  Nevertheless, it does seem like a fairly minor thing to get your panties in a bunch over.  The Cameron-Osbourne camp are acquiring a real reputation as prime whingers.  Anyone would think they were public schoolboys who thought the world owed them a favour.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; ...and thought, hang on, where have I heard that before?  Oh yes, I know, a more or less constant stream of Lib Dem press releases and ministerial statements on the various terrorism measures that have gone through parliament over the last few years. &lt;/p&gt;
